Márton founded Inivate in 2022 because he saw plenty of data ambition in companies and too few people to realise it. He'd seen it from the inside, as VP of Data at Deutsche Telekom's Hungarian arm running an organisation of 70-plus people, and earlier running global data-lake operations at GE and advising Fortune 500 companies. He built the firm around leadership, culture and people.

Gergely is a principal enterprise data architect with 20+ years building the data systems large organisations run on. As Chief Product Owner at Magyar Telekom, he moved its entire BI estate to the cloud in close collaboration with parent company Deutsche Telekom. Cloud or on-premise, data model or delivery framework, he's done it in production many times over, and now sets the technical bar across our engineering.

András runs our analytics practice with a close eye on what moves the business. He built data organisations from the ground up at scale-ups Lokalise and Bitrise, led a 20-strong team on GE's finance data lake, and has streamlined Apple's BI reporting and partnered with Tableau on its own product. Fluent in the modern stack, he tends to start from the decision the data needs to support and work back to the analytics for it.

Krisztina keeps the business running. With more than two decades of operational experience, much of it at Magyar Telekom in the Deutsche Telekom group, she looks after contracts, finance and the day-to-day, always after a better way to connect people and process. Well-run operations, in her view, don't just hold things steady; they free the team to do its best work.

Benedek leads our data-science and AI practice and starts from the business problem, pairing economic and statistical rigour with commercial reality. His work runs from pricing optimisation and agentic tools for finance and airline operations to RAG applications, predictive maintenance and a telco data-monetisation practice. At a major European airline he built and led an 11-person data-science team and is responsible for systems that generate tens of millions of euros a year. He also lectures on machine learning at Corvinus and ELTE.

Gábor owns delivery and resourcing. Fourteen-plus years at Starschema took him from BI developer to enterprise data architect to delivery lead, so he moves easily between the whiteboard, the estimate and the code as a job demands. He scopes the work, assembles the right senior team, manages the risk, and carries it through to a finished result.

Gergely has spent a career turning legacy data estates into lean hybrid-cloud platforms, most recently as Chief Data Architect of Magyar Telekom's data tribe. Trained in both economics and engineering, he keeps design grounded in what the business actually needs. It also makes him a natural at FinOps: building estates that scale without the bill scaling with them.
